The Engineering and Facilities Management Office as well as other staff at the Pastoral Center are available to assist the parish in planning and financing construction or renovation projects. These offices can have the most impact when contacted at the very earliest stages of a project. One of the primary objectives of the construction and renovation policy is to impress upon the parishioner the importance of the early involvement of the Office of Engineering and Facilities Management.

 Office for Worship
The Office for Worship provides the primary counsel to the bishop as chief liturgist of the diocese. Important to the office's charge is gathering input from parish and religious communities who are the centers for liturgical worship. This information provides a picture of the worship life of the diocese. From this source the various diocesan liturgical celebrations are planned, educational programs are designed, and cooperative efforts with other departments are launched.  Office for Faith Formation
The Office for Faith Formation handles the catechetical effort for the diocese. Areas of interest include religious education, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and Sacramental Marriage Preparation.  Youth and Young Adults
The mission of the Office for Youth and Young Adult Ministry is to guide and support pastors as well as lay ministers to youth and young adults. The mission also includes designing and carrying out local initiatives that foster the spiritual, intellectual, and social development of young people.

The Office for Lay Ecclesial Ministry serves the diocesan mission by assisting in the education and formation of men and women for the work of ministry.
